Summer in Colorado offers endless things to do outdoors, but there’s nothing quite like a good yoga festival to have a relaxing weekend and let loose from routine. Yoga festivals offer a lot of chances to be in nature, focus on your breathe, enjoy healthful food, be entertained, and often have meaningful conversations about things that matter - like sustainability in our local communities and around the world.

Hanuman Festival

Where: Boulder, CO

When: June 15th – June 18th

The Scoop: Hanuman Festival is a yoga and music festival near the Flatirons of Boulder. The festival features world-renowned yoga instructors (including a few local well known teachers), live music, panel discussions, guided meditations, a vendor village, and a ton of different mindful living and yoga workshops. Breathe Yoga Festival

Where: Fort Collins, CO

When: June 23rd – 25th

The Scoop: The 3rd annual Breathe Yoga Festival is completely outdoors, including a vendor village that is free and open to the public with local artists, food, and live music. Breathe Yoga Festival includes several different types and levels of yoga, opportunities to meditate, workshops, lectures, dancing, hula hooping and more. Wanderlust 108

Where: Denver, CO

When: July 15th

The Scoop: Wanderlust 108 is “the World’s Only Mindful Triathlon” complete with a 5k run/walk, an outdoor yoga experience, and a guided meditation. Following the morning mindful triathlon at Cheesman Park, festivalgoers get to choose their next activity. Whatever feels good - have lunch at the Wanderlust Truth North Café, listen to live music, attend a speaker, check out local vendors, hula hoop, or hang out on the lawn with people learning acro yoga. Telluride Yoga Festival

Where: Telluride, CO

When: July 20th –July 23rd

The Scoop: The Telluride Yoga Festival is a 4-day event with over 100 offerings including: yoga, music, hiking, meditation, local food options, SUP yoga, social gatherings, and more. Yoga on the Mountain

Where: Aspen, CO

When: August 11 – 13

The Scoop: Yoga on the Mountain features over 60 classes including many types of yoga practices, meditation, discussions, presentations, hikes, music, local vendors, and more. Steamboat Movement Fest

Where: Steamboat Springs, CO

When: August 10th – 13th

The Scoop: Steamboat Movement Fest is a 4-day festival centered around movement, music, and the great outdoors. With yoga as a focus, the Steamboat Movement Fest facilitates lots of different outdoor activities to showcase the beautiful town that is Steamboat Springs. When: August 4th – 6th

The Scoop: ARISE Music Festival features 7 stages of live music, campgrounds, yoga classes around the clock, an air-conditioned dome to join world thought leaders in environmental and social justice advocacy, attend workshops, view art and installations, enjoy local food and more. StapletOM Festival

Where: Stapleton, CO

When: September 15th – 16th

The Scoop: StapletOM is a yoga, movement and music festival on Founders Green park in Stapleton. This family friendly, community focused event offers free live music, kids yoga, local artists, and food vendors.
