Founder, Barbara Brooks, stated, “#SecondAct BizCon has been a conference in the making for more than five years. After going through my own mid-life struggle at 46 and renewed self-discovery, I rekindled the passion and purpose that had been living inside of me all that time and I decided to just do it and #SecondAct was born. There’s nothing more powerful than to bring like-women together as a tribe going through similar trials to listen, learn, share and encourage movement into the next stage in life with purposeful, spirited action.”
